Early Creative Roots

I’ve been filming and editing videos since kindergarten, small projects that sparked a lasting interest in storytelling and digital media. That creative foundation has shaped the way I approach communication today.

Exploring Different Paths

The summer before my junior year, I attended a medical pre-college program. I enjoyed the academic challenge, but realized the field wasn’t the right fit. A year later, I enrolled in a costume design program at UCLA, where I embraced creative thinking and visual storytelling. But still, I knew it wasn’t quite me. I wasn’t just looking for creativity.

Academic Focus

I began college in Fall 2024, and thanks to credits from my time in high school, I will be graduating in Spring 2026 with a major in Communication Media at the University of Delaware.

Early in my studies, I took my first marketing class and realized it was something I really enjoyed. As many of the courses in that track aligned perfectly with my interests in creative strategy and media, I was led to pursue an Advertising minor. I thrive in environments that challenge me to learn and grow, and my academic journey reflects that commitment to expanding my knowledge and skills.

Finding Direction

I’ve always been drawn to Formula 1. The gravitas behind the sport, the precision, the strategy, the global scale, and the relentless drive to push athletes and teams to their absolute limits. I find it all captivating. It’s the pinnacle of motorsport, and from the first lights out, I was hooked.

During my senior year of high school, I was watching Ted Lasso when I saw Juno Temple’s character doing PR and social strategy for a team. Every day was different; she connected with players, managed media, and shaped the team’s brand. It clicked: This was the role I’d been searching for. Communication is fast-paced, global, powerful, and exactly what I am going to do.

Expanding Global Communication

Since my freshman year of high school, I’ve been learning Italian. It began as a language requirement and turned into something more, a way to connect with different people and cultures. I’ve continued taking Italian each semester in college and plan to apply those skills professionally.

Looking Ahead

This summer, I’ll be studying abroad and completing a social media internship, combining cultural experience with hands-on industry knowledge. It's a meaningful step toward my goal: a communications role in Formula 1.
